How To Apply

Use as needed, either before or after cleansing. Shake the dispenser thoroughly to blend the two phases. Apply a small amount of Eye Make-up Remover on a cotton pad and gently press onto the closed eye for a few moments before wiping the Make-up off using slight pressure.
